The terms of service listed here constitute a legal agreement between you and bryan with a y/Bryan Ennis. Please read thoroughly and carefully.
1. By purchasing any product by bryan with a y, you agree to adhere to all the terms of service listed on this page. This agreement starts at the moment of purchase and will remain active until you state otherwise. You can do so by reaching out to my email (contact@bryan-ennis.com) or by filling out the contact form on the site. By opting out of the agreement, you agree to no longer use any products purchased.
2. bryan with a y reserves the right to amend the terms of service at any time. When doing so, every effort shall be made in order to inform you of the changes.
3. When you purchase a product, you are given a license of use for the sounds/recordings contained in that product. You may not transfer this license to another user. You may not resell any of these products.
4. Any unauthorized sale, duplication, or distribution of any products is an infringement of intellectual copyright laws and will be treated as such. This includes the modification and repackaging of the content in any product.
5. The license given with a purchase of a product is a single-user license. Ownership still remains with Bryan Ennis. You may not distribute or share the content of the products to any other user or third party. You may use these products on any number of computers as long as they are only used by the person who purchased the product.
6. bryan with a y reserves the right to alter the price of any product at any time including discounts and special offers. No person shall be eligible for a refund of a purchased product as a result of these offers.
7. When you purchase a product, you may use any of the content included in that product for any purchase including commercial use as long as it’s not used in isolation.
